Ohio Senator Testifies To Establish May as Multiple Chemical Sensitivity Awareness Month

Those who have been diagnosed with Multiple Chemical Sensitivity (MCS) or Environmental Illness(EI) applaud Senator Skindell of Ohio for his current efforts to officially establish May as MCS Awareness month.

While the US Federal Government has already recognized MCS/EI as official disabilities, there is still a huge lack of awareness, not only among the medical community, but in society at large.

Efforts like Senator Skindell’s focuses a much needed spotlight on the special needs and the often overlooked health issues of this patient population.

Acknowledging the complications of this illness is the first step in finding a possible cure.
